Now put the ham slices on top (13) of the crostini and then add over the mozzarella that you work previously (14), repeating the same operation for all the croutons available. Once topped all of them, place back in the baking pan, and add oil over each crostino, using a spoon (15). Bake again at 140° C for about five minutes, the time required to melt the mozzarella. Once ready, serve the crostini ham on the table piping hot, accompanying the dish with a young red wine.
