  1. This very simple recipe begins directly from the dough. Take a bowl and put in the flour (1) previously sifted. Then add sugar (2) and also the yeast (3) for cakes. Season with salt and give a summary mix.
  2. Now crack the egg (4) in the bowl, then pour in even milk (5) and the sunflower oil (6).
  3. Then take the electric mixer (7) or the hand one and started to whip the dough (8). You will get a compact dough (9), but elastic, to put on a cutting board. The dough will be very sticky, so manipulate it covering with flour your hands.
  4. Now take a large baking tray and rolled out on the bottom the baking foil (10), putting a little of water between the paper and the bottom, so that it stick well. This is a little secret to work more practically and do not let the paper slip. So take it with a spoon a portion of dough (11) and roll it between your hands to get a ball (12) slightly larger than a walnut.
  5. Once created the ball, put it into the tray (13), crushing it slightly. Start again with another piece of dough by rolling, right up to finish the dough, placing balls in the tray slightly spaced between them (14). Then bake (15) in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
  6. Once baked the cookies, take off the tray (16) and place it on a work surface, heat resistant. Then immediately sprinkle with granulated sugar (17), so that it will stick on the surface (18) of all the cookies. Then let cool and serve in the morning with a cup of warm milk, for breakfast.
