  1. Take the mushrooms and wash (1) very carefully under water. Then dry them and put on the cutting board to start reducing them first in slices (2) and then to begin to chop (3) with a large knife. Then put the chopped mushrooms aside.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onion (4) and then peel and chop finely the garlic (5), to put everything aside (6) in a saucer.
  3. Now take a bowl and break inside the eggs (7), add the salt and beat well (8) with a fork. So join in the minced meat (9).
  4. Now start to mix well (10) again with the fork and then add in the dough even the onion and garlic (11). Then stir well again and add the chopped mushrooms (12) to the bowl.
  5. Then stir again (13) to mix the mushrooms to the meat and then also add the breadcrumbs (14), which you have always mix it with the fork (15).
  6. Now take a baking tray and line with baking paper (16). Before pour a little water so that it adheres perfectly. So take with a spoon a portion of dough and roll it between your hands to get the meatball (17). Repeat until you finish the dough by placing all the balls (18) in the tray.
  7. Now pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil (19) over the meatballs to prevent them from drying out too much in the oven. Then bake (20) in a preheated oven at 160° C for about 20 minutes. Once finished, take out (21) and serve immediately on the table still hot.

The meatballs in the oven are very tasty and are cooked with a simple recipe to prepare quickly and bake. The meatballs are baked an excellent second.
