Instructions
  1. Peel the garlic (1) and then chop it (2) finely to leave aside on a saucer (3).
  2. Take a slice of bacon with a lot of fat, and place it on the cutting board (4). Cut the fat (5), to do it in squares, to put all apart on a saucer (6).
  3. Take a small bowl, and pour in it six or seven tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (7). Then add the minced garlic (8) and the pieces of bacon fat (9).
  4. Add the dried mint (10) and dry rosemary (11) to the oil. Then stir (12) with the spoon.
  5. Take the electric grill, and pour the water (13) into the bottom. Turn on the grill and let it warm at full power. Take the chops with the tongs (14) and place them on the grill (15), to cook them five minutes on that side.
  6. While cooking the chops on the first side, season with salt (16), and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper (17). When cooked, turn the chops (18) with the tongs.
  7. As soon as you have turned the chops, sprinkle with the sauce (19), also putting a few cubes of fat of bacon, with rosemary and dried mint. Continue to cook for another ten minutes, melting the fat a little. Once ready, take the chops from the grills, using the tongs (20) and then place them on a plate (21), if possible heated. So serve immediately on the table very hot.
