  1. Wash the mushrooms (1), then place them on a cutting board and cut into thin slices (2), using a smooth blade knife. Left aside on a plate (3).
  2. Now heat five tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a large frying pan (4), then add the whole garlic with the peel (5) and when it is hot, add the lamb (6).
  3. Add salt (7), then put the dried mint (8), and mix with a wooden spoon. Then cover with a lid (9) and cook for about ten minutes.
  4. After ten minutes, add the champignon mushrooms previously cut (10), after pour the white wine (11). Remove the whole garlic (12), cooking over medium heat for fifteen minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon from time to time. Serve hot, accompanied with red wine.
