FANCIFUL BRUSCHETTA

Bruschettas are one of the most popular pizzeria appetizers, such as the classic one with tomato sauce, or the simple one with garlic, salt and oil. But in many pizzerias, and at home, you can also make different and tasty bruschetta, with many tasty ingredients. Like the ones we propose here, with the spreadable cheese and other ingredients, such as dried tomatoes, anchovies and sausage. With these bruschetta, you can combine a good fruity white.

  1. Placing the sausage in a baking tray (1). Bake the sausage (2) in a preheated oven at 200° C for about 10 minutes. Then take off (3).
  2. While the sausage is cooking, place the anchovies on the chopping board (4), to cut them into small pieces (5). Put everything in a small bowl (6).
  3. Place the dried tomatoes on the cutting board (7) and then cut them into thin strips (8). Then put everything back in the bowl (9).
  4. Then wash the parsley well (10) and place it on the cutting board to chop finely (11). Then put the parsley in a small bowl (12).
  5. Put the sausage on the chopping board (13) and then cut it into slices (14) thin in thickness. Put in a small bowl (15).
  6. Take the bread and cut three slices (16) about a centimeter thick. So take a baking tray and lay the slices of bread (17). Take the anchovies and place them on a slice of bread (18).
  7. Then bake the tray (19) for about five minutes, and then pass them under the grill for a few minutes. Then take out (20), with anchovies that will almost melt. Take the Philadelphia and spread it (21) on all the slices.
  8. Now you just have to put the strips of dried tomatoes on a bruschetta (22) and the sausage on another (23). Sprinkle with chopped parsley (24) and serve immediately on the hot table.
