    The classic bruschetta is a pizzeria appetizer that everyone knows and everyone eats. A pleasure for the palate made with a few tasty and fresh ingredients. To do at home with the advanced bread, baked before it is dried, or with fresh bread, just for the sake of eating a starter full of flavor and nourishment.

    Making the bruschetta is even trivial, almost useless to explain, so much it is its realization and simple. With the bruschetta you can combine the classic blonde beer, as in a pizzeria, or a very fruity and young red wine, not very alcoholic. Another perfect drink for bruschetta and pizza in general is coke, or orange soda, for those who do not drink alcohol.

    Instructions
    1. Wash well the tomatoes (1), dry them and place on the cutting board to start cutting them into small pieces (2). Divide them at least in quarters, then put everything in a bowl (3).

    2. Then gently wash the basil leaves (4), dry them and chop with the knife (5) on the cutting board. Put everything in a small bowl (6).
    3. Now add the chopped basil on the chopped tomatoes (7). Add the dried oregano (8) and a pinch of salt (9).

    4. Now sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper (10), and then add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil (11). Mix well (12) with a spoon.

    5. Take the bread and cut four slices (13) thicker than half a centimeter. Put the slices of bread on a baking tray (14) and then pass under the oven grill (15) until the bread is lightly browned, or slightly golden, and it will become crisp.

    6. Remove the tray from the oven (16). Now peel the garlic clove (17) and then rub it on the bread (18) to flavor it.
    7. Pour on it a little drizzle of extra virgin olive oil (19). Then place on few tablespoons of tomatoes on each slice of bread (20) and serve (21), immediately on the table very hot.
