STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST

The stuffed chicken breast can be cooked quickly and with different preparations and ingredients. We do have a choice of tasty with prosciutto (Italian ham) and gorgonzola cheese, two unusual ingredients to have a different flavor.   1. First, take a casserole and pour in three or four tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (1) to grease all over the bottom. Then peel the garlic (2) and place it in the casserole with the oil (3).

Repeat the same on the other side to open all (6) and double the size. If the chest is very thick, cut it several times with the same procedure. Then beat it slightly.
  3. Put a pinch of salt and then lay on two slices of ham (7). Then chop a bit of gorgonzola cheese and place it on one side (8) over the slice of ham and finally sprinkle with black pepper (9).
  4. Now start to roll the side (10) where you put the gorgonzola (11) in keeping ingredients inside. Once rolled it all (12) leave on the cutting board and if necessary stops it with twine or a toothpick.
