Pork ribs

The pork ribs are baked a tasty second course that needs to be cooked for at least half an hour. The dish is rich in flavor and nourishment, and will not create problems there, of course, choosing the best meat from your butcher. The dish is loved by children, generally more attracted to the pork meat other than beef, tasty and flavorful but also more delicate.   1. Take the potatoes, peel them (1) and wash well under water. Then cut into fine slices (2), a few millimeters, and leave aside (3).
  2. So take four cloves of garlic, peel them and chop (4). Take also the parsley and chop (5) as well. Then join the two chopped, mix well together and place on cutting board (6).
  3. Take a casserole and grease the bottom with oil (7), then start to place the potato slices on the bottom (8) as to make up a bed to cover the whole pan (9). Salt and pepper lightly and thus pass to the next stage.
  4. Now take the pork ribs and roll them in chopped garlic and parsley (10) so that it will stick on the meat. Then place the pork on the potatoes (11). Add salt (12) at your will and pass over.
  5. Now pour a little bit of oil on top (13), and then sprinkle with black pepper (14). Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for about 40 minutes (15), controlling occasionally the cooking. Once ready take out from the oven and serve on each plate piping hot. Serve immediately with extra virgin olive oil and pepper beside.
