Introduction

The Ceres is a famous beer in Italy, consumed by young people in bottles since long time, while abroad this drink is not so popular. There are different opinion about his name. According to some sources, the name was chosen by its creator in 1856 to honor the fertility and agricolture goddess Ceres. Other sources said that the name is coming from the name of the Viking warlord who discovered the Greenland as first.

The classic beer, the Strong Ale, and the Ceres beers in general, are a great mix of taste and flavors, sweet but also bitter for his aftertaste, really persistent and full-bodied.
