BROCCOLI WITH VINEGAR AND BREADCRUMBS dish

Broccoli with vinegar and breadcrumbs is a perfect side dish for fish and meat, easy and quick to cook also for the preparation. We can realise this side following many recipes, all very simple. You can add a little bit of chilli, or white wine and if you want a strong taste, or use the vinegar like in our recipe.

Broccoli is a food poor in nutrients and proteins but very rich in minerals, essential for the human being. In particular there is a strong presence of sulfur, which then provides that characteristic and strong smell. This, however, does not detract to be an excellent vegetable, much loved not only in Italy but also in northern Europe, which is a strong consumer.
