    Instructions
    1. Peel the onion (1), then chop it (2) and put it in a separate bowl (3).
    2. Wash the courgette (4), grate it (5) and place in a separate bowl (6).

    3. Wash the cherry tomatoes (7), dry them and put on the cutting board. Cut in a half (8) and put them in a separate bowl (9).

    4. Place the sausage on the cutting board and make a cut on the casing (10). In this way you can eliminate it (11) by simply pulling it with your fingers. Then chop all the meat (12).

    5. Place the meat in a small bowl (13) and then pour five tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (14) in a large pan, to heat and in the meantime peel the garlic clove (15).

    6. When the oil is hot, put the garlic clove (16) and the chopped onion (17). After a minute, also add the sausage meat (18).
    7. Stir the meat (19) to brown it well. When it has browned, add the white wine (20), let it evaporate and then add the grated courgette (21).

    8. Stir (22) and cook the courgettes for a few minutes, and then add the chopped cherry tomatoes (23). Let cook for about 20 minutes, stirring often (24) to flavor and prevent sticking. Add a little cooking water if necessary.

    9. After 20 minutes add the salt (25) and remove the garlic. In the meantime you have cooked the pasta. Strain the penne (26) and place directly into the pan (27). Mix well for a minute, with the flame at minimum, and then serve to serve immediately.
