    This recipe very quick and easy to make at home with very few ingredients.

    For the preparation of chocolates, we used the milk chocolate and the white one, that you can easily buy in the supermarket, with the strawberry syrup.

    The chocolates are a small dessert always very appreciated by all, to be proposed after a family Sunday lunch, or ideal for an after dinner with friends.

    You can vary the recipe, adding to your liking some coconut flakes or chopped hazelnuts, or better still whole, to be savored after two hours of rest in the refrigerator.

    For those wishing to use it, we recommend to accompany this dessert with a good Vin Santo.

    1. Begin this recipe by placing the bar of milk chocolate on a clean cutting board (1), then with a knife chop it in flakes (2) and leave aside in plate (3) and store in the refrigerator.
    2. Now repeat the same steps with the white chocolate, putting on a clean cutting board (4), then chopping in flakes (5) and putting aside in plate (6). Also for white chocolate we recommend placing it in the refrigerator first use.

    3. Take a small pan and put inside the milk chocolate flakes worked previously (7), stir over low heat with a wooden spoon until it is not completely melted (8). Be careful if the chocolate stick to the bottom of the pan, and in case add a few drops of milk. Once melted, also add the white chocolate flakes (9).

    4. Mix again with a wood spoon the white chocolate (10), until the white flakes will not completely disappeared (11), and when finished this step, leave the chocolate in the pot (12).
    5. Now take of the molds that have at home, or even those for the preparation of ice cubes and with a teaspoon, started to pour on the bottom of each stencil the strawberry syrup (13), and then with another teaspoon, the melted chocolate (14). When the molds are completely filled, we recommend to eliminate, with a knife, the excess chocolate and finally, put the chocolates in the fridge to solidify for about two hours (15). After this time, remove the chocolates from the fridge and make a little pressure on the underside of the mold, so as to bring out all the chocolates. Serve with a good Vin Santo, or a sweet wine.
