COCOA BISCUITS
Instructions
Begin this recipe by sifting the flour (1) in a bowl, in which then also put the baking powder (2) and then also all the sugar (3).
Now stir well the first ingredients (4), then break the eggs (5) in a small bowl and beat them well (6) with a fork.
Then add to the bowl the beaten eggs (7) and also pour the sunflower oil (8). Now stir again (9) very well.
Now add in the bowl the bitter cocoa powder (10), passing it through a sieve to not form clots, then start to knead with your hands (11) up to you have a smooth and compact dough (12).
Then pour a little water into a baking tray and lay on a baking paper sheet (13). This, thanks to the water, will adhere perfectly without moving, allowing you to work without difficulty. Now take a small portion of dough, about two knob of butter in size, and roll it between your hands to get the first biscuit (14) to place on baking paper (15) in the tray.
Repeat the same operation to all the dough, putting all the balls on the baking sheet and crushing them lightly with your fingertips (16). Once you finished the dough and put the cookies on the baking sheet, bake (17) in a preheated oven at 160° C for about 20 minutes. Then take out from the oven and let cool about ten minutes before dusting the cookies with confectioners' sugar (18) passed through a sieve. Let cool completely and serve these cookies with tea, milk or even alone.
