    CROUTON MOZZARELLA dish
    Croutons mozzarella

Crouton mozzarella is a delicious starter, very fresh for the summer. It is plenty of savor, and can be served also as main dish, following different recipes, and accompanied with baked vegetables.

The crouton with mozzarella is also a starter that can be present in the menus of several restaurants in Italy, much appreciated for its sweet and spicy aftertaste.

Generally, during the cooking the mozzarella release water and that makes the bread soften, but always crispy thanks to the high temperature in the oven. The result is a nice and characteristic consistency on the palate.

If you don’t like anchovies, use the ham instead, or mushrooms, vegetables and something else.

We suggest a good white wine with a fruity aftertaste.
