Cream biscuits are a very simple recipe, tasty and excellent to eat both for latte and afternoon tea, or as simple snacks. To prepare this recipe you just need combine the cream, flour and sugar to work by the electric whisk.
Once the dough is created, you need just bake it. Of course you will need to have some pastry mold to shape the biscuits, where pour the dough which will be quite liquid. Those cookies are perfect to serve to your children or your friends. You can also top them with cocoa powder or chopped coconut to give more taste and color, or with icing sugar.
Pour the single cream (1) in a container, then add the sugar (2). Mix with the electric whisk (3).
Add the flour (4) after have pass it through a sieve. Mix with the electric whisk (5), up to have a homogeneous cream (6).
Pour the dough (7) into a bowl and cover it with kitchen foil (8). Let rest in the fridge (9) for an hour.
Once ready, take a portion (10) with a spoon and pour it into a pastry mold (11), and then into the others (12) to finish the dough.
Place all the pastry molds on a baking tray (13) and bake (14) in a preheated oven at 180° C for about 45 minutes. When the biscuits are crispy and golden, take out of the oven and let cool ten minutes before sprinkle with icing sugar (15) passed in a sieve. Better do it when the cookies are a bit warm, to let melt the sugar.
