    1. Place the fresh mozzarella on a cutting board (1), then with a knife, slice it initially, then divide every single slice into two parts, and finally made small squares (2). Leave the cheese on a flat plate (3).

    2. Take the fresh ham slices and place them on a clean cutting board (4), then divide each piece into three parts (5). Leave aside on a small plate (6).

    3. Now place the baguettes on the same cutting board (7) and with a knife, begin to cut the slices for a thickness of one centimeter and a half (8). place the slices on the bottom of a circular casserole dish (9).
    4. Now put the bread to toast in a preheated oven at 140° C for about five minutes (10), and once ended the cooking time, take out from the oven (11). Let cool for a minute and place them on a cutting board (12).

Once topped all of them, place back in the baking pan, and add oil over each crostino, using a spoon (15). Bake again at 140° C for about five minutes, the time required to melt the mozzarella. Once ready, serve the crostini ham on the table piping hot, accompanying the dish with a young red wine.
