    To make this simple starters with bresaola and mozzarella, you need a little imagination and a few ingredients without any cooking. In Italy they are known as cold appetizers.

    To achieve this fast starters, get some wooden sticks for skewers on which you will put a few ingredients, while others will be at the plate. Try them for your parties at home or in the garden, in family as starters for your summer lunches, as fresh and easy to do dish. You need to use bresaola (air-cured beef) of excellent quality and good mozzarella cheese, possibly the buffalo one, and other simple ingredients. These appetizers are also great for kids who love these ingredients that are also nutritious and hearty for their needs.

    1. Take the iceberg, peel off the leaves through and wash well (1) under tap water. Dry in a centrifuge for vegetables or in a clean kitchen cloth. Then put it on the cutting board to reduce it into strips (2) to place apart (3) in a small bowl.

    2. Wash well the cherry tomatoes (4), dry it and put on the chopping board. Use the serrated knife, which is not spoiled by the acidity of the vegetable, to cut them in a half (5) and put them aside (6) in a small bowl.

    3. Then drain the mozzarella cheese and put it on the cutting board to reduce it in chunks (7) to be put aside on a plate (8) along with cherry tomatoes and long sticks of wood (9) for skewers.
    4. Start now the skewers with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and olives. Start the skewers putting a half of a tomato (10), a morsel of mozzarella (11) and an olive (12). Keep up the order to finish up the space on a skewer. So do other skewers until you finish the ingredients.

    5. Take the bresaola and arrange on a plate (13) and then put over the salad into strips (14). Finally, pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil (15), briefly stir the salad and put it beside also the skewers. Then serve to the table to offer these simple snacks as starter.
