    Instructions
    1. Place the mozzarella on a chopping board (1), and cut it into cubes (2) of half a centimeter thick. Leave the mozzarella aside in a small plate (3).

    2. Now take a baking tray and place the slices of bread on the bottom (4), then bake in a preheated oven at 130° C for about three or four minutes on one side (5). Once brown, turn the bread on the other side (6) and leave it to cook for a few minutes.
    3. Take off the bread (7) and place them on a wooden cutting board (8). Now place the slices of salami on top of the bread (9).
    4. Add the fresh mozzarella on the slices of salami, to cover the whole sausage (10). Put the croutons again on the baking tray (11) and bake at 130° C setting the grill mode (12). Bake for a few minutes to dissolved sufficiently the mozzarella cheese. Once the croutons are ready, serve still warm on table.
