STARTERS WITH PUFF PASTRY
Instructions
To begin the recipe roll out the puff pastry on a cutting board and divide first into two halves and then each half into two parts so as to obtain four triangles.
Now take a triangle and spread on the mayonnaise (1), on which then will put on the tuna in oil, drained (2). Then start to roll (3) on itself the triangle maintaining the filling inside and starting from the wider side and fold the edges to close also to the sides.
Take the sausages and cut into slices (4). So take another triangle of puff pastry and spread on the mayonnaise again. Then stuff it with the slices of sausage (5). Then proceed to roll it on itself (6) as you did with the previous one.
Take another triangle of puff pastry and again sprinkle with mayonnaise (7) upon which you will put some black pitted olives (8). Again rolled up (9) the puff pastry on itself.
Now break the egg into a small bowl (10) and whip well (11) with a pinch of salt. Then soak a pastry brush and start to pass the beaten egg (12) on the appetizers.
Now take a baking tray, pour a little water and then lie down on a baking paper sheet, so that it adheres to the water and allows you to work better. So place on your starters (13) and bake (14) in a preheated oven at 180° C for about ten minutes. Check the cooking and browning and if ready, take out (15) and put on a plate. Serve immediately hot, or if you want to let it cool a little.
