    The banana cake is an unusual dessert, but very good. Try it to amaze your guests with a quick and simple recipe.     1. Peel the bananas (1), and then cut into slices (2), with a thickness of about 3 millimeters. leave apart on a saucer (3).
    2. Put the brown sugar in a bowl (4) with 90g of butter (5). With the electric mixer, mix the two ingredients (6).

    3. Take a cake tray with a zip and line the bottom with baking paper (7), on which you will then pour the mixture of sugar and butter (8). Make a thin layer with the spatula (9), on the bottom and sides, about one millimeter high.

    4. Once you have a thin (10) and uniform layer, start putting the bananas slices (11) in a circular direction, covering the whole layer (12).

    5. Take another bowl and add the rest of the butter (13), and add with the white sugar (14). By the electric mixer, mix the two ingredients (15).

    6. Then open the egg in a small bowl, check that there are no shell splinters, and pour it in the bowl (16). Stir again with the electric whisk (17), and then sift the flour (18) into the bowl.

    7. Stir again with the electric whisk (19), add the dessert yeast (20) and then pour the whole milk (21).
    8. Again mix everything with the electric whisk (22), to obtain a thick and homogeneous cream, which you will have to pour on the banana slices (23) inside the cake tray. Level it with the pastry spatula (24).

    9. Now bake (25) in a preheated oven at 180° C for about 50 minutes. Do not open the oven, so as not to stop the levitation of the cake. Once ready, puncture with a toothpick, which must exit clean from the cake, to indicate the perfect cooking. Remove from the oven and let it cool. Then open the cake pan hinge, and serve the cake (26) by turning it upside down. The part with the bananas will have to go up. Cut some slices and bring to the table (27) after the meal.
