    Chocolate and pears tart

    The crostata is a classic Italian cobbler, excellent for breakfast, but also as snack. The particularity of the crostata is the way to prepare it, generally with jam or with cream. In this case we have a cream of chocolate and the fresh pears, a perfect match between those ingredients. This recipe is perfect for your children, both in the morning that in the afternoon. It is not generally used as dessert after-dinner, bur it is perfect with a good glass of cold milk.

    Instructions
    1. Put the flour in a bowl (1), then cut the butter (2) into small pieces and add it to the flour (3).
    2. Now mix well (4) with a mixer, and add the sugar (5). Then grate the lemon peel (6).
    3. Open the eggs (7) and put in a glass. Add the grated lemon peel in the dough (8) and place it into a deep dish (9).

    4. Pour the egg (10) in the dough and start kneading with your hands (11), adding a little water (12) if necessary.
    5. Knead for 10 minutes and form a ball with the dough (13), to wrap in a kitchen foil (14), to leave in the refrigerator for about thirty minutes (15).
    6. Wash the pears (16), then cut off the ends (17), and peel (18).

    7. Cut the pears in half (19), then remove the inner seeds (20), and cut into slices (21) to leave aside in a bowl.

    8. Cut finely the chocolate bar (22), into thin flakes (23) and leave aside in a saucer (24).
    9. Take back the dough and cut a small part (25), to leave aside (26). Take a large and round baking tray and grease with butter the bottom (27).

    10. Place the dough on the tray and with the tip of your hands roll it out (28), to cover the base of the tray. Then add the chocolate flakes (29), and place on the slices of pear (30).

    11. Place the slices of the pear all around the perimeter of the dough to form a large flower (31). Take the small piece of dough left aside and roll it with a rolling pin (32). then cut into strips (33).
    12. Place the strips from the center (34), towards the sides (35), like rhombus. Bake for about thirty minutes in a pre-heated oven at 200°C, then take off (36) and let cool before serving at the table.
