The yogurt cookies are a delicious sweet breakfast, to be prepare by many recipes, of which we propose one here. These cookies are soft and not crispy. So if you want the crisp and fragrant biscuits do not use this recipe. Make this recipe and serve for breakfast. The recipe is realized in few minutes, putting all the ingredients in a bowl to mix them at the same time. Once you made, you can sprinkle on the powdered sugar, or, if desired, even with the cocoa powder, more appreciated by children. Yogurt, in baking, can not dry out and become crispy like regular flour dough, but always maintains a certain elasticity.

These cookies are still a viable alternative for older people who often have difficulty chewing.
