The recipe that we propose today is a dish that you can easily make at home, appreciated by everyone and very nutritious.
For the preparation of the pizza dough we added the whole milk, which makes the texture softer on the palate, but not too much, ideal for the cooking in any type of oven.
The pizza is a dish that brings together everyone, young and old and you can propose it for a family dinner, or with friends, serving it for those who like it, with good light or dark beer.
For the filling you can use all the ingredients you want, including vegetables.

PIZZA HOT DOG, SALAMI AND POTATOES
For the preparation of this pizza, we used simple and genuine ingredients that you can easily find at the supermarket.
Instructions
Start the recipe by pouring the flour into a medium-sized bowl (1), then add the water at room temperature (2) and the fresh milk (3). Finally add the granulated sugar.
Now melt the pizza yeast in a cup with warm water (4), stirring carefully. Add it to the bowl (5) and pour three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (6).
At this point, with both hands start to knead vigorously (7), until you have a smooth and homogeneous mixture to which you will give the shape of a ball (8). Once the dough has the right consistency, cover it with a cotton kitchen towel (9) and let it rise until the mixture is doubled in volume.
Meanwhile peel the potatoes (10), then grate it (11) and leave aside on a plate (12).
Place the hot dog on a chopping board (13), and cut it into not too thin slices (14). Leave aside in a saucer (15).
Take a rectangular baking tray of medium size and pour on the bottom two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (16). Place in the middle the dough (17) and with the palm of the hands start to lay it carefully and uniformly, distributing the same quantity over the whole base (18).
Now take the chilly salami and place it to the left of the dough to occupy the half of it (19). On the other half add the grated potato (20) and top with the slices of hot dog (21).
Bake the pizza and cook at 150°C in the oven for about thirty minutes (22). Then take out and add the grated mozzarella (23) on top. Finish the cooking in the oven at 120°C until the mozzarella is melted (24). Once done, take it out and serve very hot.
