    1. Defrost the prawns and place on a clean chopping board (1), then cut at about half a centimeter thick (2). Leave apart on a plate (3).

    2. Now take a medium-sized saucepan and add two large spoons of extra virgin olive oil (4), let heat a few minutes and add the whole garlic clove (5). Once the garlic browned, add the prawns (6).

    3. Add salt to the prawns (7) and mix them (8). Cook over a moderate flame for about ten minutes, and then remove the whole garlic clove (9).

    4. Once the prawns have been cooked, add the cream (10) and mix thoroughly once again (11). Cook for another ten minutes on low heat, and in the meantime add salt in the water for the couscous in a small pot (12).

    5. Once the water is hot, add the couscous (13), and mix continuously with a wooden spoon (14), until all the cooking water has been completely absorbed (15).

    6. Once cooked, transfer the cous cous directly into the pan with the prawns (16) and mix with a wooden spoon (17), for a minute. Then serve still hot on table (18).
