    The apple and yogurt pie is very soft and smooth, easy to achieve with just a few ingredients, and very tasty. Try it either with friends or for your family. Its implementation is also quite fast, with an equally rapid firing. Use a low-fat yogurt, no fruit aromas.

    Instructions
    1. Take a bowl and break the egg in (1) before joining also sugar (2). Then whip everything well with electric mixer (3) or manually to achieve homogeneity.
    2. Then start adding the flour (4) by passing it through a sieve to avoid lumps. Then add a pinch of salt (5) and continue to whip the mixture to mix everything (6).
    3. Now also add the extra virgin olive oil (7) and, finally, add baking soda or baking powder (8). Then continue to whip (9) with electric mixer.

    4. Mixing will begin to mix the oil (10), and once you get a homogeneous mixture, add also the yogurt (11) and continue to mix until you have a thick cream (12) uniform.
    5. Take the apples and peel (13), then cut before into quarters (14) and finally into slices (15) very thin.

    6. Join ¾ of apples to the cream (16) before they turn black, leaving the rest for decoration. Mix well (17) so that the apples are evenly distributed in the dough. So take a cake pan, the kind that you can open on the side, flour and butter it (18) slightly in all its parts.
    7. Now pour the cream with apples into the cake pan (19) and level off it with a spoon in order to have a well-distributed mixture (20). So start decorating the cake with slices of advanced apple (21) distributing circularly over the mixture.

    8. Once decorated (22), bake the cake pan (23) for about 30-40 minutes in preheated oven at 200° C. Check the cooking piercing the surface with a toothpick and once ready take out the cake (24) and let it cool completely before serving on the table.
