This salad combines many flavors in perfect balance with each other, such as anchovies and tuna with red onion and beans. The condiment is the classic salt, oil and white wine vinegar. - 100 g beans kidney pre-coocked
- 100 g iceberg lettuce
- 120 g tuna canned in oil
- 4 anchovies in oil
- 10 Tomato cherry
- ½ Onion red
- 1 tbsn White wine vinegar
- 5 tbsn olive oil extra virgin

Instructions
- Start washing carefully the salad (1) and then dry it with the centrifuge or in a clean kitchen cloth. Put it on the board and cut it into strips (2) to put in a small bowl (3) apart.
- Now wash the tomatoes (4). Then cut in half (5) and put in a bowl (6) also chopped tomatoes.
- Then peel the onion and chop coarsely (7) and put it aside (8) on a saucer. Then put the salad (9) in a bowl.
- Now add to the salad even the cherry tomatoes (10), chopped onions (11) and tuna (12) that you drained from the oil.
- Then also put the beans (13), having also drained them, and anchovies (14). So now sprinkle with a little salt (15).
- Now sprinkle one or two tablespoons of white vinegar (16), depending on your taste, and five tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (17). Then mix well (18) and serve at the table.
