HAM AND CHEESE SALTY PIE dish
    Ham and cheese salty pie

The ham and cheese salty pie is a savory pie stuffed with Serrano ham and spreadable cheese. It is simple and quite quick to prepare, even if you don’t buy the dough, to make it at home. We used few ingredients, to have a tasty pie, often offered in Italy for aperitif and starters.

This recipe is fantastic also for a family dinner, with a good white wine with fruity flavors. If you like to vary the filling, you can use different hams and cheese, like fresh mozzarella.
