    1. Pour three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (1) in a pan and then add the shrimp (2), peeled. Cook them for a few minutes, at most ten (3). Once cooked remove from the heat and let cool.
    2. Meanwhile wash the tomatoes (4) and then put them on the cutting board. Cut in half (5) and then put them aside in a small bowl (6).
    3. Now in a container put the Mascarpone (7) and also add the drained tuna (8). Finally sprinkle with black pepper at your will (9) and a pinch of salt.
