Penne vodka and salmon is a very popular dish, recently, which is often replacing more classic dishes in parties with friends.
Instructions
- First, finely chop the onion (1), and then prepare the salmon fillet. With the knife remove the skin (2) and then cut it into small pieces (3).
- Now take the butter and melt it in a large, non-stick frying pan (4). Once melted put the onion (5) and make it a bit brown, then add the salmon pieces (6) to cook them well.

- Meanwhile cut the chives (10) and once cooked the sauce, pour the cream (11). Mix well to get a homogeneous pink cream (12).
- Meanwhile you have put the water to boil for the penne so that the cooking times coincide. Once the penne are cooked, add to the pan (13) and let cook again for a minute, with the fire to the minimum. Stir carefully to mix (14). Then add the chives (15) and serve still warm on the table. If you like, put some white pepper to grind.
