The dish can be enriched with vegetables to your liking or boiled rice.

    1. Take the steaks and place them on a chopping board. Cut off from meat before bone and fat parts (1), then cut them first into strips (2) and then into dices (3).

    2. Then pour the milk into a glass and put in the two tablespoons of curry (4). Then stir well (5) to melt the curry in the milk and have a homogeneous mixture (6).

    3. Chop the onion (7) and chop finely the chili pepper. Then put four tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (8) to warm in a large, non-stick frying pan, then add the chopped onion (9) until it becomes transparent, along with pepper and peeled garlic.

    4. Meanwhile, lightly flour the pork dices, placing the flour on a plate and dip in the meat to stick on the flour (10). Once ready, put the meat in the frying pan (11), turning it often with a wooden spoon to make it golden in all its parts. Then lightly salty and sprinkled with fresh ground black pepper (12) at your liking.
    5. Cook for ten minutes (13) and then pour the curry-flavored milk in the frying pan (14). Mix well, keeping the low flame, cover with a lid to cook for another ten minutes (15). Mix it from time to time, let the milk has withdrawn a bit to form a dense creme. When ready, turn off the fire and serve hot on table.
