This Spaghetti with walnuts is the easiest and simple recipe to prepare, because take only ten minutes, but it is very tasty. It is a perfect dish to eat something different, in few minutes, when you have just back at home after a hard day’s work.
The sauce is so fast that you need as first boil the water for the pasta, and then start the condiment, that is ready in ten minutes. You need just fry some garlic, and add the capers. The walnuts go to a low heat before boil pasta. So simple and so good, the dish is particular, to be pair with a white wine, structured with ripe white fruits, or a fresh red, plenty of flavors of red fruits like cherry or wild berries.
Instructions
- Peel the garlic (1) and chop it finely (2). Leave aside on a saucer (3).
- Pour five tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (4) into a large pan. Heat and add the minced garlic (5) and pickled capers (6) into it. Brown the garlic then turn off the heat.
- Open the walnuts with the nutcracker (7). Take out all the fruits and clean from the residues. Chop them (8) finely, and leave aside on a saucer (9).
- Add the chopped parsley in the pan (10), mix and add the chopped walnuts (11). Mix well (12).
- Meanwhile, you had put plenty of salted water to boil. Dip the spaghetti (13) in the water and cook (14) for about 10 minutes. Once drain, drain (15), leaving a little cooking water aside.
- Turn on again the heat under the pan and add the spaghetti in it (16). Stir carefully (17) for about a minute and add some water you left aside if needed. Finally serve (18) on the table very hot.
