    The fried onions are a tasty appetizer or an excellent side dish for meat and fish, fast to prepare and easiest than the buttered fried onions. You can also prepare it for a drink with friends, before the pizza or delicious to nibble with beer.
    With wine are not so indicated, but if you want try, choose a fresh white wine with a citrus taste. Otherwise accompany them with the main meat, preferably white like chicken. Excellent with fried seafood.

    Instructions
    1. Start the recipe from onions that you have peel (1) gently and then put on the chopping board. With the large knife cut into circular slices (2), with your preferred thickness and then put everything in a bowl to wash them (3).

    2. Then let plenty of water in the bowl to soak the slices of onion (4) for ten minutes, then strain them (5), and place on kitchen paper towels (6) to make them well dry.

    3. Once you dried the onion slices, start to divide the rings (7) separating them with your hands and eliminating the small central part. Then take a plastic bag, such as those that used to refrigerate food and put in the flour (8) and thus also the onion rings (9). Close it, and started to shake it well so that the flour will stick well on all the rings.
    4. Now pour the sunflower oil (10) in a wide frying pan and let it heat well. Meanwhile take the bag (11) and pull out the onion rings, making sure they are well coated with flour, arrange on a plate (12).
    5. Once the oil is hot, put in the onion rings (13) to fry, leaving at least five minutes per side before you turn them (14). Let them fry well until they become golden brown and crispy, and then remove them from the oil with a ladle to put them on a plate (15) where you will have drawn up two sheets of kitchen towels, to absorb the oil. Salted with a pinch of salt when they are still hot and serve immediately, putting them on a clean plate.

    Recipe Notes
