    1. Take the Gorgonzola cheese and cut away the rind (1) before cutting it into cubes (2) and knead with a fork. Then put aside in a small bowl (3).

    2. Do the same with goat cheese. Cut away the rind (4) and then cut it in cubes (5) for knead with a fork. So join it with Gorgonzola cheese in the bowl (6).

    3. Finally cut away the rind (7) also for the Provola cheese and grates it (8) to join it to other cheeses. So even grate Parmesan (9) but keep it separate and not combined with other cheeses.

    4. Now put the butter in a large non-stick frying pan and, to make it melt (10). Once melted put the heat to low and started to combine the cheese (11), except for Parmesan. These will begin to melt slowly helped by a wooden spoon. Once loose coarsely also add the cream (12) you have warmed slightly in a saucepan or microwave. Keep stirring with a wooden spoon until you have a smooth cream.
