This is a perfect salad for those who follow healthy food regimens or diets that do not affect the intake of nutrients.

    1. Wash the fennel (1) and then dry it with a cloth. Place it on the cutting board to cut off the tops and the leaves (2). Then cut the core of the fennel into slices (3) after removing even the small plant parts. Then put the fennel slices apart.

    2. Now peel the orange (4), removing all the white part too. Then divide all the cloves and cut them in half (5), to put on a small bowl (6) apart.
    3. Put the fennel in a plate (7). Add salt (8) and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper (9) and continue, stirring coarsely.

    4. Now pour five tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil on the fennel (10), and then add the orange (11). Then add a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar (12) and mix again.
