    Grilled chicken is one of the dishes more loved by Italians. A dish very simple to make, which takes a particular taste during cooking. If you do not have a garden for the barbecue, you can use an electric grill. The result will be very similar, with the classic taste given by the strong heat directed on the skin, which will eventually be slightly burnt but very good. The chicken, for a better result, should be marinated for at least a couple of hours before being put on the grill, so that the meat does not dry out during cooking.

    1. Cut the lemons in a half (1) and then squeeze them (2) with the juicer. Leave all the juice aside (3).
    2. Wash the celery and put it on the chopping board. Cut it horizontally into three strips (4). Then chop the strips (5) well and put everything apart in a saucer (6).

Then turn the chicken on the other side (29), and continue pouring the marinating liquid (30), while cooking for another 20 minutes. The cooking time also depends on the power of the grill.
