    Spaghetti with shrimps is a fresh and summery dish, great to prepare for family and friends. Fast and easy to prepare, this recipe is part of the Italian seafood tradition, especially in Southern Italy, where fresh fish offers a unique flavor.
    Particularly in Sicily, people loves to cook the fish with the best pachino tomato, with delicate and fresh flavor. The spaghetti shrimp recipe is extremely easy to prepare with classic ingredients in the kitchen, such as garden herbs and cherry tomatoes.
    For shrimp you can use both those already shelled and decapitated, often frozen, or fresh ones. In the latter case you will be useful to create a few spoons of fish broth, to add to the sauce. Simply put them in the pan for five minutes then take them off and cut off their heads, which can be placed in the same pan with a few spoonfuls of hot water for a few more minutes.

    1. Take the garlic and finely chop it (1). Take the pachino tomatoes and cut them into two or four parts (2), depending on the size. Then pour 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan (3).

    2. Then take the frying pan and put the oil to warm with the garlic to brown (4). When this begins to color add the pachino tomatoes (5) and start cooking them on average fire. So let it go for a few minutes to cook them (6).
    3. Once you cooked a few minutes, pour the wine (7) with the flame always on medium heat for a short while then lower it slightly. Always be careful that it remains a good consistency (8). Then add 3 or 4 tablespoons of fish broth (9) and cover with the lid leaving a low heat for 15 minutes.
    4. Meanwhile, you have to boil the water for the spaghetti, matching the two cooking times. Cook the spaghetti and in the last 5 minutes cooking the sauce add shrimp (10) in the pan with the tomatoes. Then chop the parsley. Drain the pasta and add it in the pan (11), stirring well for a couple of minutes and stir well before adding a handful of parsley (12). Finally serve still hot.
